They always exceed my expectations!!

Contacted Will late on a Friday night after damaging my computer screen on my personal laptop. Got a quick repsonse and a follow up the day after pricing out everything and even giving a recommendation that I would be better off obtaining a new laptop rather then fixing the current one since only the screen was damaged and my data could be easily moved. Great communication, friendly and professional!

My computer stopped working Friday night, and Will Get I.T. Done was the only place open the next morning. Unfortunately, the computer was lost beyond reasonable repair. But instead of trying to take an excessive amount of money, they honestly advised I get a new one. Prices can be high, but generally fair given urgency. However, his positive attitude and respect was amazing.

My laptop microphone stopped working, needed it for multiple Zoom calls I've been doing since Covid pandemic. I emailed WillgetITdone and Steven responded in a few hours. Set up an online appointment the next day. Walked me through installing software that allowed him to access and diagnose the issue online, which was great since I havent allowed anyone in my home since the pandemic. Solved my problems in 30 minutes! Cost for service was lower than I expected. Thus is the third time I've used this company, always been very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this computer repair service!

So glad this place was recommended to me! My laptop's fan suddenly was really loud when I turned on my laptop. I took it to Will Get I.T. Done and he knew right away that my laptop needed a new fan. I left the laptop and the next day got the call that my laptop was fixed! It works great now and I'm so grateful that it was fixed so quickly - and the price was super reasonable.
